My advice is "don't cluster the SP" for all the reasons amply spelled out in the documentation, it's pointless. You'd still have to cluster the application, and the cookie session recovery feature handles 90% of what you'd get out of clustering anyway.

Not to mention ODBC is unusable on Linux anyway, it's horribly buggy.

As for why it's not working, SELInux would be the usual first guess, and Docker is the second.
