xmlsectool and prolog

A google search noted that the prolog is optional. I found this:

That's very curious. Being able to process the prolog is, of course, a mandatory part of the XML specification, so you might suspect that any application that's genuinely having trouble understanding it may have problems elsewhere...


For now, I just made a note for application technicians that the prolog may need to be removed manually from the file before uploading.
