Where did your configuration (which you didn't include) come from --
what did you modify from the distributed defaults?
I'm asking because in a previous thread you mentioned having to put
something specific to the IDP in several places (which simply isn't
necessary), so maybe you're again doing too much?

Following the Getting Started docs for the SP should get you up and
running and if something's not mentioned there you probably shouldn't
change it (unless you know you have to and why).

Generic questions that may or may not help discover what's going on here:
What's the OS/distribution/version? And the SP version?
How did you install the SP (RPMs, SRPMs, compiled yourself, Debian
repo, etc.)?
