Odd trailing whitespace in entityid?

Hello,

While debugging an issue I noticed a few requests failing because SP
metadata was not found... and the log seems to indicate we looked for an
entity id with a trailing whitespace! Is that what the bellow log means?
and would it mean the client actually sent this erroneous entity id, then
somehow corrected itself a bit later?
