You can check the module's installed state by saying 

	%systemDrive%\Windows\system32\inetsrv\appcmd list module

It should list the two ShibNative modules

	MODULE "ShibNative32" ( native, preCondition:bitness32 )
	MODULE "ShibNative" ( native, preCondition:bitness64 )
