Empty 'shibmlp target' at AttributeChecker

Thank you for your response.
I just thought that someone has already come across that problem as
there looks like `<shibmlp target />` is being used multiple times at
documentation.

OK maybe I named `<shibmlp target />` inaccurately as 'SP entityID', but
'target' has value of 'SP entityID' and it is value that I am looking for.
With externalParameters="true" set I get this value correctly.
