No, the CAS flow is a redirect. You can customize the template you're talking about though of course. In fact I just realized my copy is still so old that I never adjusted it to rely on the system resource that carries the actual logic of the page, so if you were to adjust it you'd want to double check it against the delivered version and possibly modernize it a bit so you don't break it by accident.
