customize the login flow

Hi

I want to customize the login flow. We have a requirement after successful
authentication of the user

1. users will see the web page and it contains enforcing policies for MFA
content
2.I need to show this page only few users and this users information is
stored in AD group.
3. After the user reviews the policy and user will click the submit button
and the login flow needs to continue.




How will I implement the above requirement in shibboleth idp 4.0.1. Please
any advice to customize the login flow.
