The two metadata sources are in a chain, so no matter what order they run, one of them is going to log a failure. I believe I suggested using the native JSON first and then SAML, but that probably means the log level on the native one needs to be lowered. The SAML one probably is on INFO also, but as long as it's second that's probably the right answer.
