attribute-release does not survive restarts

Hello All,

I recently experienced that I had to confirm my attribute-consent after i restarted the IdP.

I configured the IdP to use JPAStorage for session and consent. I do *not* have to provide the credentials again, just
the confirmation for the released attributes.

What am i doing wrong?
