Reloading authn/mfa-authn-config.xml

Is it possible to get IdP 4.0.1 to reload authn/mfa-authn-config.xml? I'm
developing an inline script as per
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP4/MultiFactorAuthnConfiguration
and am currently having to reload the whole IdP to pick up changes.

Alternatively, if I moved the inlineScript out to a separate resource file,
would that make things easier?

Apologies if this is covered in the docs, but I've not managed to find it.
