Azure MFA is AFAIK integrated with OIDC. It is a variant of what Duo's doing but that code wouldn't work as is and there is no code provided to do it. If it's a feature members need I expect it will get done if Microsoft actually documents an interface. It will not get done if they're playing the games they usually play and not documenting anything.
