IdP 4.0.1 does not display errors when username/password is blank

Just for information, an INFO message is logged when this occurs and the
source has changed
from net.shibboleth.idp.authn.AbstractUsernamePasswordValidationAction:187
in 3.4
to net.shibboleth.idp.authn.AbstractUsernamePasswordCredentialValidator:233
in 4.0.

I was really just looking to see if someone else could confirm that they
also see this change in behaviour on 4.0 so I can eliminate an
unintentional change at our end.
