Hmm, it seems the rough definition of this is "Authenticate this user only if you can do it without having the user involved" which certainly seem suspicious. As it turns out though, the end user gave me the wrong URL to test 8-/. Once I got a hold of the right URL, it ended up to be simply an encryption incompatibility like most of my other problems. I'm not sure what the deal was with the URL they gave me, other than I guess it never worked before either and wasn't intended to be used.
