Example Context to Principal Mapping Strategy

The example was wrong; if it works at all the outputType has to be specified as c:outputType and not p:, but I don't know that it will. I updated the example for the moment. Specifying the type is just a robustness thing to catch mistakes more easily.

It isn't anything to do with your problem, nor do I know what the issue is. The Duo context has to be  there unless you were trying to do something too late in the process, in which case since you're using a predefined bean for this, there would have to be a bug.
