DuoOIDC HTTP Proxy

As per JIRA item JDUO-45 there is no bug or problem.  I was configuring the proxy incorrectly.

HealthCheckDuoOIDCAuthAPI uses the bean "shibboleth.authn.DuoOIDC.nimbus.HttpClient", not the bean name I was trying to use, which was: "shibbboleth.authn.DuoOIDC.NonBrowser.HttpClient".

Thank you to Philip and Scott for putting me back on the correct path.

File a bug. I am not coinfident the result will be anything but "works for us" but maybe something obvious will pop.
