They were, that's what I meant by the fact that it worked (at one time).

I was more inclined to believe that there's a wiring issue with the Duo code, but with a second confirmation I guess something's broken.

Yes, thus I don't really have any idea what the problem is, but the bug is filed so there's nothing else to do about it.
