Server variable value duplicated when IIS Default Document module invoked?

In case anyone else is affected and runs into the thread...

Adding/setting the existing exportDuplicateValues option to false for the content will already suppress the duplication behavior and work around the bug in Microsoft's default document module.

There is a related bug SWITCH discovered that mishandles Unicode-range attribute values, but the same option will also work around that bug as well. We will get a Windows patch release out next week to fix that problem but it's not terribly serious since it's easy to bypass.
