Having problems with SAML auth on IdP version 4.1.3

That's a problem for me, as my users are seeing this error quite a bit -- without ever hitting the back button.

You say it's a 'weird artificial edge case', but there's 18 of these errors that have happened during external authentication in my log today so-far.

I know it's difficult to reproduce, as I've tried quite a bit. The only time I've seen it was in Chrome, and I didn't have the developer window open at the time to see what actually happened.

Is there anything I can do to help?
