OIDC plugin installation fails behind HTTP proxy

Dear Scott,

after some debugging, I found that the custom HttpClient is never handed
over from net.shibboleth.idp.installer.plugin.impl.PluginInstaller to
net.shibboleth.idp.installer.plugin.impl.PluginState .

In PluginInstaller.java, adding the code line
state.setHttpClient(httpClient);

before the code line
state.initialize();

fixed the problem for me. I will file a bug for the plugin installer of
IdP 4.1.2 in JIRA.

Kind regards,
Manuel
