aacli error

OOPS ignore.

I ran with IDP_BASE_URL="https://localhost/idp" and the -u and got that 
error.

If I run with IDP_BASE_URL="https://localhost/idp" and the -u I still get:

(http://localhost/idp/profile/admin/resolvertest?requester=*removed 
URL*&principal=lohrda&saml2) Connection refused (Connection refused)
