Which you CANNOT do with these packages, something I already told you, and that the documentation already clearly warns about. The Apache version on CentOS 7 is 2.4.6 and the OpenSSL version is 1.0.1k

You cannot run the packages against dependencies you decided to use instead of what comes with the OS. Period. Does not work.

If you want to do that, then you have to build it yourself.
