Depending on the service (protected resource) and its SAML
implementation you might also be able to get it to support multiple
IDPs with some additional scripting/spoon-feeding? (It's all in the
details of what "single-idp-software" effectively means.)

Otherwise try SaToSa, as already mentioned.
