Shibboleth SP v 3.2.2.2 crashes randomly on Windows

I believe Rod probably deduced where the bug is, but getting a process dump would help confirm. In the meantime, I've opened a bug on it [1]. If you watch that, I'll probably do a quick build of a DLL that would be a testable fix for this weekend and then get a release done next week after the holiday.
