Locale error attempting to log in to Google Drive via GNOME Inbox

Hello-

I hope this is the right place to ask this question. I have been unable to
connect to my school Google Drive through my file system. I am returned an
error from Shibboleth. I reached out to the IT department at my school who
offered a suggestion, though it had no effect. I then opened a question
