Sorry, my wording was clumsy.  I didn't mean to say that "always true" 
wasn't common.  Merely that the example was clearly not the actual 
config due to the dummy attrib value, so just wanted to get 
confirmation on what the actual config looks like.  If it is "always 
true" then the mystery of the intermittent failure deepens...
