WARN on AbstractSAML2AttributeTranscoder

We undergoing upgrade to 4.0.1 (from 3.4.7) -- on startup the following
message appears,

eduPersonScopedAffiliation values are being generated (i.e.
urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.9).

I'm still digesting TranscodingRuleConfiguration -- I'm not sure if it's
related.

Could anyone guide on where to look to narrow down what is generating the
WARN? Thanks.
