Access issue with some publisher platforms

Thanks, Scott, for the reply. Initially, I tried upgrading our IdP v3.3 to V4 but had some issues. I tried a fresh installation of v4.0.1 and followed the documentation available here, https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/KB/Using+SAML+Proxying+in+the+Shibboleth+IdP+to+connect+with+Azure+AD, to integrate the IdP with Azure AD for authentication.

If you had upgraded in the documented way to V4, GCM could not have been the issue because it is only the default for new installs.
