Webisoget works fine for me on idp v4.

No idea why your password flow is looking for an authn header.  Mine sends a form and expects it back.

I have webisoget version 2.8.8, which is on github.  Don't think that much has changed.  Far as I remember webisoget has never submitted authentication headers, unless you specifically add one via command line argument.
