Problem decrypting IDP response

Hi

We configure a Shibboleth SP with an IDP which sends an encrypted response.
But the SP can't decrypt it. and i got the error :
2021-02-02 11:06:44 ERROR Shibboleth.SSO.SAML2 [5] [SPX]: failed to decrypt
assertion: Decryption did not result in a single element.
2021-02-02 11:06:44 WARN Shibboleth.SSO.SAML2 [5] [SPX]: error processing
incoming assertion: A valid authentication statement was not found in the
incoming message.

we managed to decode it "by hand" with IDP metadata, so why Shibboleth
couldn't be able to do that?
