Cannot log in on Chrome with Shibboleth 3.2 on Moodle

Lukas,

It's probably a cookie problem.  Check to see which cookies are being sent in the redirect request to the main page and then investigate the parameters on the cookies that were set on the redirect response from Shibboleth to see which one may be blocking the release of the cookie.

You'll find a little more information in native.log, but your best tool here will be the browser itself.  SAMLtracer highly recommended for Chrome, at least.

We have recently upgraded our Shibboleth from 2.6 to 3.2, using the repository from

It works fine on Firefox (and Internet Explorer, Safari) but when attempting to log in using Chrome or Edge the user is redirected to the
 main page without being logged in. The developer tools in Chrome doesn't show any errors, and neither does the Shibboleth or Apache logs. We have set our shibd.logger to DEBUG but cannot find anything particularly helpful there.

Does anyone have any advice on how to further attempt to find the error? Or maybe someone have encountered something similar before?
