Shibboleth Service Provider Installation on Windows 2019

Hello,

I installed Shibboleth Service Provider latest version on Windows 2019
server with IIS 10. As per the documentation, I should be able to browse
https://localhost/Shibboleth.sso/Status. However I am getting 404 error.
Can you please help  me with this?. There is a default website listening on
port 443. I checked the Shibboleth service and is running.

Appreciate your help on this.
