If there were such a thing I would fix it. Everything needed for general proxying is documented as far as I know, and there are no "missing" files, unless you simply don't install modules for the features you happen to need to use....which is explicitly mentioned by the documentation for those features.

Basically, I don't have any idea what you're referring to. If there's an error in the docs, add a comment or file a bug against it and I'll fix it.
