mdui:DisplayName minimum

1) In my login.vm is:

#set ($serviceName = $rpUIContext.serviceName)
#if ($serviceName && !$rpContext.getRelyingPartyId().contains($serviceName))
   <legend>
     #springMessageText("idp.login.loginTo", "Log in to") 
$encoder.encodeForHTML($serviceName)
   </legend>

In my relying-party.xml file for this SP is:

c:relyingPartyIds="https://xxxxx.jmu.edu/CherwellClient

(I replaced the real with xxxxx - which did not contain Cherwell or JMU 
- Cherwell).

My relying-party.xml file does not contain JMU - Cherwell (the 
DisplayName value that works)

2) I did some more testing. If I make the mdui:DisplayName value the 
following, the "Log in to" line appears with said value:

Cherwella
ABC
Abc
cherwell

But if the value is Cherwell the Log in to line is not shown.
