MFA custom bean question

In our current environment we have a custom MFA utilizing a jar file and custom authn  bean.  In the v4.01 in the general-authn.xml file we have the following
<bean id="authn/AzureMfaNps" parent="shibboleth.AuthenticationFlow"
                p:passiveAuthenticationSupported="true"
                p:forcedAuthenticationSupported="true" />

I am attempting to replicate this in v4.1 however with the general-authn.xml file deprecated I am trying to figure out how and where to incorporate this. Any ideas and help appreciated.
