That's not a URL, that's a path. AFAIK, you shouldn't need to specify anything unless you really want to. The first time it connects Duo will bake in a reference to the right URL and lock it down to that value.

We fixed all this so you don't have to embed references to any of this in the configuration. If you want to limit it, you can just enumerate hosts in the other property we defined so that all of the possible hosts are covered but you should never have to specify a path.
