HTTP ERROR 404 /WEB-INF/jsp/intercept/attribute-release.jsp

Hi all,

after a clean installation of idp v4.1.0 shibboleth is complaining about a missing `views/intercept/attribute-
release.vm`. Also the `system` folder is missing in `/opt/shibboleth-idp`

I install property-driven.

Can anybody confirm this issue? when installing idp v4.0.1 the files are available.
