No. These are different Java classes with different syntax and arguments to build them. The use of the word "candidates" is incidental and not the same thing. You would need to read the Spring XML documentation and the Javadocs of the relevant classes (Java skills are an assumed prereq) to ultimately grasp how the classes work and are constructed in XML.

The example in the wiki *is* the condition you would use (or close to one). You don't plug it into the candidates argument of some other condition class. It replaces the original condition.
