AES-GCM in Shibboleth SP

Hi all,

we are dealing with SPs not supporting AES-GCM right now. There seem to 
be some Shibboleth SPs affected in our federation, too. Could you please 
clarify how this is handled in Shibboleth SP?

* As of which version is AES-GCM supported?
* Does it have to be turned on via config and if so what are the 
directives? (Or where is the according documentation?)
* As of which version is it the default?
