Yes, it's only for this AppOverride. 
I added reloadInterval for this AppOverride. I thought setting it in ApplicationDefaults was enought...

Also as a rule, for ApplicationOverrides you don't need to duplicate things because almost anything not defined in the Override will simply use what is defined in the ApplicationDefaults. 



And your logs do indicate that you only have this problem for your ApplicationOverride SPs. You can solve that by either adding the reloadInterval to the AppOverride MetadataProvider or remove it altogether.
