Strange issue with MFA library for PrivacyIDEA

Same for us, we did not test it yet in IDP cause we're trying to 
Dockerize our SP first.

We packaged an OS independent version of "PI" from the Python Package.

Our goal is a full IDP/SP/PI docker/kubernetes infrastructure.

It works really well, is based on Anaconda but should work on Miniconda too.

If someone needs it, we can provide an updated Docker Image.

The Dockerfile contains everything you need to deploy on a VM with 
Miniconda, that can be installed with Ansible easily.
