FileBackedHTTPResource refresh cycle

It doesn't look like the FileBackedHTTPResource has any configuration
options as far as refreshing/reloading the remote resource? So say in
the case of one used for an attribute filter config, this time interval
is controlled by idp.service.attribute.filter.checkInterval? There's no
way to have separate refresh timing for different
FileBackedHTTPResource's or static files that are part of the same
service?
