Missing Shibboleth attributes in $_Server

Hello,

I have a Shibboleth protected directory in Apache that is not working properly and when looking for Shibboleth attributes in $_SERVER, there aren't any except for the shibsession string for HTTP_COOKIE

How can the attributes from Shibboleth be made to be in $_SERVER?
