urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent

Hi All:

I had posted on this a while back and was unfortunately side-lined :(

For whatever reason, I can change the source value for
'urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent' -- all others NameID
formats I can do so via - saml-nameid.xml 9activationCondition based on the
SP).

However 'urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent' seems to be
fixed to EPTI no matter what I do. Any hints on where to look would be much
appreciated. Thanks.
