Duplicate attributes released in IdP v4.0.1

Copying over an existing attribute resolver will do that.

That's because the upgrade process took care of it.
Which is why al the Release Notes and upgrade documentations and posts
on this list say that you should upgrade, not build a new IDP and then
trying to make it behave like your previous one.
(Due to changed defaults that's more involved, besides this issue with
the new Attribute Registry.)
