Anyone got this SP as part of their Shibboleth IdP configuration?

I'm working with one of their "Customer Experience Lead Data Specialist" 
and we are having a technology language issue on whether they support 
"IdP Initiated" or "SP Initiated".

Which in either case I need a url from them and am getting replies with 
(what I will call) confused looks on their face.
