SAMLtest.id Uptime Update

All,

SAMLtest's Tomcat was crashing intermittently on the smaller instance that I assigned to it to save hosting costs(as in, daily).  Thanks to a very generous anonymous donor, I've got enough to run it at the original size again, and I've upsized the instance.  Everything should be back up and running and it ought to stay that way now.

I'm going to start fiddling with getting it over to IdPv4 over the next few weeks, but with 25,000 metadata entries of all flavors, I'm a little worried about potential validation issues, so I can't estimate how long it's going to take me to get that in place.
