Standard Format for values in isMemberOf

While there's no standard, the URN or URL format of values at least helps (though doesn't guarantee) some uniqueness of values. Mind you, a DN format can do that, as well.

Is there a standard (i.e., vendor-, software-,
implementation-independent) attribute definition of "isMemberOf"?
The answer to that question should give you an idea. ;) (Of course for SAML usage could be different.)
