Judging from questions sent to the SimpleSAMLphp mailing list it seems
that some hosted services prompt people to provide "Audience" as a
setting, while not asking for things we'd expect to find there
(e.g. entityID), even if -- as in this case -- they pretty much amount
to the same thing.
