Shibboleth cannot create cache folder

Hi,

I am trying to implement InCommon MDQ within my system and shibboleth
complains that it cannot create cache directory, although the directory
/var/cache/shibboleth/inc-mdq-cache is created by shibd. I changed the
permissions to allow more privileges but it does not seem to make any
difference.

Shibboleth.MetadataProvider.Dynamic : could not create cache directory
/var/cache/shibboleth/inc-mdq-cache

Are there any flags I need to setup within shibboleth2.xml to allow for
MDQ to work properly beside MetadataProvider tag options?
